PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
Experienced receptionist required for busy legal firm to work as part of a team of 3 from Monday - Friday 1.30 - 5.30pm. Spending time both on the front desk and ultimately in the 'back office' you will be responsible for taking in-coming calls, allowing the front desk staff to concentrate on visitors coming into the office. This will be worked on a rota basis, so that everyone has exposure to both calls and clients. All 3 of you will be required to run the back office desk at some point during the day to ring the changes, so the confidence to deal with a wide variety of clients. You will also provide cover for your colleagues on a full time basis when they are off sick or on holiday, so an organised and methodical approach to your personal diary management is also a key factor of working for this firm.
