**REGULATORY / PUBLIC LAW SOLICITOR - NORTHAMPTON**

Our client is a well established East Anglia & East Midlands firm, and are currently recruiting a Public Law Solicitor.

This job vacancy requires the successful candidate to be a Public Law specialist with knowledge of procedural and regulatory matters. You should be familiar with processes and procedures of local authorities, knowledge of housing and planning department and law. You will also need to be able to provide general advice and support in cases of general corporate matters and financial reviews.

A practising solicitor or non practising barrister with relevant experience of court appearances in courts, tribunals and before committees, would still be of interest.

Further knowledge and experience in Licensing, benefit fraud, health and safety, housing law would be beneficial. Five years recent or relevant experience essential.
