This niche firm with offices based throughout the UK and abroad are looking to expand their busy Public Law Team working with a number of prestigious and well known clients.
The successful candidate will be handling their own caseload advising on formulation, implementation and defence of policies, advising public bodies on their relationships with the private sector including the drafting of contracts, litigation involving Public Law issues, raising charges for professional regulatory or disciplinary bodies and acting as legal assessor to professional conduct committees. Ideally you will be 3-5 years PQE with exposure to Public Law but if you are a Barrister or someone working within the public sector as a Treasury Solicitor or in Local Authority then your application will be considered.
