MENTAL HEALTH LAWYER - ESSEX or BEDFORDSHIRE
Vigorous law firm with an acknowledged expertise in mental health and immigration matters is looking for a Mental Health Lawyer with another string to their bow!
The job can be based at either of their 3 offices
Must have general all round Mental Health experience and preferably panel membership
Suit Solicitor 3 + PQE
Must be able to competently deal with Housing, Community Care or Immigration too.
The firm covers the following Mental Health areas:
Mental Health Act matters
Representation at Mental Health Review Tribunals
Managers' Hearings
Judicial review of tribunal decisions and relevant public law policy
Medical treatment
Advice for nearest relatives
Community care options/post-discharge care
Assistance at care programme approach (CPA)
If you have the experience, together with good communication and client care skills, this might just be the job for you!
