A Public Law Lawyer is required for a Northamptonshire based practice. The successful candidate will be a public law specialist with knowledge of public law, procedural and regulatory matter; familiar with the processes and procedures of local authorities and knowledge of housing and planning departments and law; able to provide general advice and support in cases of general corporate matters and financial reviews.
Practising Solicitor or non-practising Barrister with relevant experience/track record of appearances in courts, tribunals and before committees

Housing law (applications; assured and secure tenancies and homelessness)
