International law firm at the cutting edge of this field are looking for a lawyer to play a lead role within its team. You will ideally have a Corporate, Joint Ventures or PPP background. If you are looking for career progression please see below.
Our client is keen to hear from Joint Venture and PPP specialists or corporate lawyers that are looking for a change in the type of work that they undertake.
You will be part of a National team which primarily advises in relation to high profile and large value PPP joint ventures. The firm is at the cutting edge of this field and you will be advising private sector institutional players, the Government, major local authorities and public sector bodies. The work will involve Joint Ventures with a particular focus upon property and regeneration work.
As part of this role you will be working with clients from inception to completion providing strategic legal advice on issues applying clearly to both the public and private sector.
You will be involved supervising junior members of staff and would be responsible running projects on a day to day basis.
