Rated as one of the strongest practices in the UK this dedicated Projects team consists of 32 lawyers, including 7 partners, working exclusively on PPP and PFI projects. The team is supported by a wider network of specialist lawyers in the areas of Banking, Planning, Construction, Employment, Real Estate and Procurement. To date the team has advised on in excess of 300 projects and successfully brought over 100 of those projects to "financial close". The team has specific expertise in a number of PPP/PFI sectors including: Accommodation, Badged Services, Defence, Education, Energy, Health, Infrastructure, International, Leisure, Regeneration, Social Care, Social Housing and Waste. There is currently a strategic opportunity for an associate to come on board and make an impact in their London office. You will be ambitious, committed and dedicated and keen to develop business development opportunities within the firm and externally.
