NQ PFI/PPP Projects Solicitor - Leeds
Our client's Projects Team has closed more than 60 PFI/PPP projects, working with both public sector clients and private sector bidders. Clients include hospital trusts, building contractors, schools, financial institutions, facilities management providers, government departments and local authorities.
Core Responsibilities
You will be actively involved in the development of a mature and expanding health service, other public sector and private sector client base. You must display an enthusiastic approach to learning about the business and operations of the health service and other sectors within which the team works, providing advice to our Health Service and other public sector clients. Training in relation to the business sectors involved will be provided.
It is essential that you enjoy the client contact aspects of the role.
Key Skills
You will be a newly qualified solicitor with a demonstrable interest or previous experience in the practice area.
You will have a passion for supporting clients in developing their business, and be enthusiastic about gaining knowledge of the public and private sectors involved and to grow that knowledge.
You will have a wish to learn the very broad range of topics needed by the clients and be reasonably confident in dealing personally with clients.
You will gain high levels of technical knowledge and experience and apply such knowledge with a need to provide pragmatic advice.
