PPP/PFI Solicitor - Exeter - Great Firm!!
Our client is one of the UK's leading law firms with dedicated corporate, commercial, public sector and private client lawyers serving local, national and international clients.
Our client is looking for an experienced Solicitor to be part of their expanding and dynamic PPP/PFI team based in Exeter.
Previous PPP/PFI deal experience is essential and must include a sound understanding of standard form UK PFI documentation.
The successful candidate will be expected to advise on project documentation, have good drafting skills, be comfortable with attending and running meetings and assisting in the project management of specialist input from across the firm.
The Partners expect the successful candidate to take an active role in the development and growth of the practice including building relationships with clients and to develop their own business over time.
