PROJECT FINANCE LAWYER - CITY of LONDON
Fast growing international law firm are currently looking to recruit a Project Finance lawyer who has from 4 years+ post qualification experience to join their London team.
Background
The Project Finance Team specialises in advising sponsors and financial institutions in the carrying out and financing of PPP/PFI and other major infrastructure projects both in the UK and internationally. The team brings together a unique combination of experienced lawyers with complementary skills in banking, project and asset & infrastructure financing. The firm has been at the forefront of PPP/PFI since its inception and has a thorough understanding of the issues facing sponsors and lending institutions and has extensive experience of managing the commercial interface between the public and private sectors. They recognised as being one of the leading legal firms within the Projects Sector both in the UK and internationally.
The firm is distinguished by its level of dedicated expertise in PFI. Their award-winning PFI team which, in addition to finance lawyers, comprises company, commercial, property and public law specialists, has been involved in a wide variety of ground-breaking pathfinder PFI schemes across all sectors of business and industry.
They also advise on infrastructure development and financing projects, restructurings and privatisations.
The Candidate Required
The successful candidate will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach.
