Due to expansion our client now seeks an additional Solicitor to join the Projects team based in Cambridge. The team has a substantial client base of public sector bodies, bidding consortia and funders. The team advises on projects including high value PFI, PPP and NHS LIFT projects, and provides real estate and general commercial project advice.
The successful candidate will assist on finance aspects of projects work, including the negotiation of loan agreements, security documents, including direct agreements and intercreditor documents, as well as providing general advice on finance related risk issues in projects and to provide general support on all aspects of project work.
Skills & Experience:
· Excellent academics
· IT literate
· Good research skills, ability to online information sources
· Negotiation skills
· Lateral thinking and problem solving skills
· Enthusiasm towards building and strengthening relationships with clients and their advisors
· Proactive team player
