This high-profile team is seeking either an associate/partner or experienced in-house counsel currently specialising in major projects and PFI. Your experience to date will include advising at all levels of the PFI contracting chain, in particular for procuring authorities, sponsors and principal subcontractors. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate that you will be able to develop work through a network of contacts.
The ideal candidate will be commercially astute with a track record of business development, a key part of this role will be working with the partners to develop the team. You will be a strong team player, a clear thinking communicator and have a good sense of humour.
