PROJECTS LAWYER - BIRMINGHAM
We are currently looking to recruit two lawyers to join the Projects Group in our Birmingham office ideally from 2 yrs PQE upwards. The successful candidates will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. This is a unique opportunity to utilize a broad range of skills and expertise.
A working knowledge of the formation of Corporate Joint Venture Vehicles is preferable, as is experience of PPP.
The Projects Group specialises in advising Government, authorities, sponsors, contractors and financial institutions in the carrying out and financing of PPP/PFI and other major projects both in the UK and Internationally. The Projects Team brings together a unique combination of experienced lawyers with complementary skills in banking, project and asset financing, construction, company, commercial, property and public law. We have been at the forefront of PPP/PFI since its inception and have a thorough understanding of the issues facing local authorities and we have extensive experience of managing the commercial interface between the public and private sectors. We are recognised as being one of the leading legal firms within the Projects Sector both in the UK and internationally. The Birmingham team is the market leaders in public sector and PPP work, who are involved in cutting edge PPP developments, in regeneration vehicles and Property PPP structures. We are looking to enhance our team with individuals who would like to be part of the development of these new forms of PPP.
