Assisting the Management Information Manager with entering settled and completed details relating to current insurance claims onto excel spreadsheets - details of which are sent via Solicitors/Fee Earners within the office, by way of e-mails or reports - this information is required for each of our insurance clients on a monthly basis and is usually sent via e-mail.
Liaising with Fee Earners to ensure they supply the information required within deadlines given. Checking Fee Earners files to glen information if needed. Supplying clients/Team Leaders, Partners with any information relating to the same as requested by way of reports or statistics – set deadlines are given by our clients and must be adhered to. Checking number of new files received weekly/monthly by running crystal reports from account system and reporting back to our clients by way of e-mail
Liaising with staff in our other offices in relation to gathering information in respect of outstanding and settled files within these areas.
When required to allocate and open new instructions when received from insurer clients and to follow client protocol in relation to this.
Good standard of education (must be numerate)
Good keyboard/computer skills essential including excel
Experience within office environment preferred
