SALARY: TO £40000 + Benefits. If you are a Legal Executive that's familiar with PI fraud, you will enjoy plying your trade in this top-ranking team due to the relaxed ethos of the departmental head. There is an impressive array of headline clients drawn from the corporate and insurance sectors, leading to a great sense of optimism for the future.
You will be investigating the full range of potential fraudulent claims, exaggerated claims (for quantum & costs) and staged claims from EL / PL and RTA.
