The first of these roles offer plenty of autonomy in defending professional negligence claims primarily in relation to solicitors and other professionals on behalf of leading market insurers.
In addition to resolving disputes and negotiating settlements, you will actively market your professional indemnity expertise to new and existing clients and will apply the highest levels of commercial acumen.
