Fantastically varied Manchester based role for Solicitor with background of implementing protocol, procedure & direction with a medium to large size law firm. Salary upwards of £35k.
Our client is a leading commercial firm with a number of offices throughout England including Manchester. Always seeking to add value to their services they are one of the few firms who employ a team to ensure compliance, monitor & control the output quality.
The Quality Manager role is a permanent, full time opportunity to join a team tasked with the development of a quality culture both in legal and business services. A varied role the successful applicant will manage the process of ongoing quality activities such as annual quality audits, the maintenance of the Supervision programme and other projects linked to the Solicitors Code of Conduct.
Applications are invited from Solicitors with experience of working as part of a project team or in a change management/quality role. You should have strong communication and influencing skills coupled with a sound understanding of what excellent client service is and the barriers to achieving it.
Salary upwards of £35k with excellent prospects.
