The team handles defence of all types of claims against professionals of various disciplines including contractual disputes, allegations of professional negligence, defamation and fraud as well as dealing with regulatory and disciplinary problems and DTI investigations. The clientbase is predominantly insurance sector clients, dealing with commercial/product liability.
Reporting directly to the two lead partners, you will enjoy autonomy within a supportive envrionment where you will be encouraged to progress, enjoying annual performance appraisals aimed at showing you what you need to do to progress to the next level. Excellent salary and benefits package await.
