Our client with more than 1250 lawyers and staff in eight offices across the UK, are a major national legal practice. They currently have an exciting vacancy for a defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to with work in their highly regarded Winchester office.
The job will involve a challenging caseload of Clinical Negligence matters on the defendant side on behalf of NHSLA. You will be drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, face to face negotiations and mediation. You will also be expected to make a contribution to client seminars, training and knowledge sharing etc.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience within a Clinical negligence department on the defendant side although claimant experience will also be considered.
