INSURANCE SOLICITOR (PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY)
Our client is an international insurance and reinsurance practice, with a team of over 80 litigation lawyers across their UK, Spain and Mexico offices and is looking for an enthusiastic solicitor to advise on high value professional indemnity disputes across all sectors.
Our client has particular strength advising on complex and high value claims whether domestic or international, acting for insurers, underwriting agents, brokers, intermediaries and risk managers. Their lawyers are specialists in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, as well as litigation. Their team also includes specialist regulatory and corporate insurance lawyers.
Their approach is different from other law firms. They combine legal rigour with a flexible and down-to-earth service that places a premium on developing strong long-term relationships with clients.
