Our client with 50 partners and six offices spread across the South, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Professional Indemnity team based in Cardiff.
This role offers plenty of autonomy in defending professional negligence claims primarily in relation to solicitors and other professionals on behalf of leading market insurers.
In addition to resolving disputes and negotiating settlements, you will actively market our client's professional indemnity expertise to new and existing clients and will apply the highest levels of commercial acumen in everything you do.
You will be a strong team player with proven business development skills capable of building productive and profitable relationships - and you will always be ready to go the extra mile in order to fight your client's corner.
A suitable candidate will have solid experienced in professional indemnity work for a national or large regional law firm.
You will have already developed good technical skills and be an excellent team player as well as displaying a desire for business development opportunities.
A suitable candidate will have at least five years recent relevant experience.
