Our client is one of the Largest UK Law Firm and they currently have an exciting opportunity within their Birmingham office. Their UK-wide team advises insurers and represents defendants in professional negligence claims against solicitor, financial professionals, construction professionals and other emerging professions. Acting on behalf of insurance clients, the team also undertakes property related recoveries for product liability. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years post graduate experience and be specialists in Professional indemnity and property damage, individuals with expertise in one area will still be considered. Candidates with general commercial litigation backgrounds looking to change focus will also be considered. You must have excellent supervisory and client handling skills, the successful candidate will also have a passion for business development.
