PRIVATE CLIENT PROBATE SOLICITOR - WILTSHIRE
Expanding regional 4 office firm with an open and friendly culture and a vibrant work ethic has a vacancy for a Private Client Probate Solicitor 1 - 2 years PQE
PURPOSE OF ROLE
To act as an Assistant Solicitor in the Private Client Team, working directly with the firm's Head of Private Client. Fundamental to the Team's growth is our strategic commitment and focus on Private Client work which includes succession and capital tax planning for individuals and families, business owners, landowners and farmers.
The specific purpose of this role is to work closely with the Head of Department, enabling him to undertake the wider strategic and business development role within the firm. The work undertaken will include working on specific tasks delegated by HofD and also working directly with Clients introduced by HofD
The area of practice, whilst including a general range of private client work, will include in particular dealing with agricultural and business assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out specific tasks such as Will and Trust drafting
Undertaking work of a similar nature directly for Clients
Business development: managing existing clients and working with the team to secure new clients
