Our client is well renowned for their Private Client work noted in both the Legal500 and Chambers.
They currently seek an Associate Solicitor to join their Private Client (UK and offshore tax) Team based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
This busy team comprises six lawyers and focuses mainly (though not exclusively) on international clients, many having business interests.
Acting for clients across 45 Jurisdictions, our client also has a flourishing client base in the Channel Islands and Hong Kong.
The position covers wills, trusts and tax planning with a particular emphasis on estate planning for high net work UK and foreign domiciled individuals, advising trustees and beneficiaries of offshore trusts and multi-jurisdictional tax and succession planning issues.
