A skilled and reliable Solicitor who has good working knowledge of Residential Conveyancing and Wills and Probate law is required for a friendly firm in Bradford. Salary up to £30k.
The Client: Our client formed in the late 1970's and has since been practising in the heart of West Yorkshire. As a firm they provide a personal, caring and friendly service whilst also remaining highly professional, it is these attributes that make this firm a great place to work and use.
The Role: A solicitor is required with particular knowledge of Wills and Probate including will drafting , managing estates, IHT planning and trusts as well as non-contentious probate. It is envisaged the successful candidate will also have some experience in Residential Conveyancing and be able to monitor a small Conveyancing team by assisting with technical queries and helping to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures including money laundering and title checking. Candidates with ambitions to work towards future partnership are particularly encouraged.
