Probate Fee Earner Vacancy has arisen with a leading West Yorkshire Practice based in the firm's Wakefield office
Key responsibility: To provide elderly client advice, including Wills and Probate and public guardianship office work.
Essential experience includes drafting Standard Wills and administration of Estates
Desirable experience: Providing advice to clients of high net worth, Trust, IHT
This is a new role has been created due to the volume of work within the Department.
Salary will be dependent upon experience and will up to £40K
