Large York and Wakefield based practice seeks private client solicitor to work on Eclipse Proclaim management to set up a team to undertake private client work. You will build a team of 4 or 5 paralegals who will draft wills and administer basic probate.
You will have supervisory experience and will be able to run the more complex tax, trusts and contentious probate matters yourself.
