PROBATE LAWYER - WEST MIDLANDS
Long established, ambitious 2 office firm are currently recruiting for a full-time Probate Solicitor or Executive, to provide legal advice and services to private clients in the areas of wills and probate (to include contentious probate) and associated matters as they arise.
Duties/Job Content
·Attending clients to receive instructions and give advice.
·Drafting legal documents and letters.
·Conducting files.
·Collaborating with Partners and other fee earners in connection with the running of the firm and its provision of legal services.
·To comply with the Law Society Training Regulations in connection with
continuing professional development.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
·Solicitor/Executive dealing with probate, wills and associated work.
Requirements
Ideally, the candidate will:
·have at least 5 years PQE
·be well presented
·have excellent client manner
·have a positive attitude
Salary
·Negotiable, based on experience
