You will be dealing with estates that range from comparatively low value to very high net worth for a broad mix of clients. The probate team works on instructions that are not dependent on conveyancing, so it continues to go from strength to strength despite the slowdown in the property market.
With ample administrative support in place, you'll be able to concentrate on the more technically-demanding and interesting aspects of your caseload. The position is also open to those who have finished their ILEX qualifications and working towards Fellowship status.
