You will oversee the probate process to ensure each case is completed in accordance with legal requirements regarding the administration of the Estate. You will work as part of the legal team dealing with legal queries and giving support and guidance to the administration team as and when required, using your skills to support, train and guide trainee other more junior fee team members.
