Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a probate and administration lawyer to join an established team with a market leading Private Client specialist based in Warwickshire.
In this varied role you will be responsible for: Managing a caseload of probate work to completion, drafting documents, liaising internally with the will-writing and administration team, acting as the first point of contact for clients and mentoring a small team of legal executives.
You will be a qualified lawyer from either a private practice or in-house background with a good working knowledge of probate law.
This role attracts a salary of up to £40,000.
