** Urgent ** Senior Private Client Solicitor ** Guildford
Our client is a leading law firm with three offices in London, Guildford and Manchester, they are currently recruiting for a Senior Private Client Solicitor in their Guildford office.
The Guildford office is looking to relaunch it's Private Client practice area. The work will include tax planning for clients in the UK and abroad, tax and trust advice on matrimonial breakdown, drafting of wills and lasting powers of Attorney, court protection work, the administration of estates. There will also some contentious issues such as claims under the Inheritance Act .
The ideal candidate will be of at a partnership level and ideally have a following. You will also be expected to conduct marketing to attract new Private Client business.
