You will need some gravitas to take on this role, and the firm feels that solicitors with less than 5 years PQE in Private Client work will not have the experience required. You will have gained considerable experience covering all aspects of Wills, Probate, tax planning, Court of Protection applications/proceedings, estate planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Precedents of Administrative Provisions and long term care.
You will have a sensitive approach to clients in order to convey a true understanding of the client's needs, to maintain a clients confidence and to provide advice sympathetically.
