A Trust/Probate Administrator is required to join a Private Client team at this Oxfordshire firm of solicitors.
The role involves preparing annual accounts, tax returns and trust administration and on the probate side, all aspects of the administration of estates from start to finish.
You may or may not be legally qualified but previous good quality experience of the above work is necessary and a good working knowledge of Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax.
You will need to be sufficiently proficient and confident that you can handle all day-to-day aspects of trust (and possibly estate) administration.
Our client is looking for someone with a flexible and willing approach and good academic qualifications who has worked either in a legal or accounting background.
