Job Description

Regional Probate Consultant Location: South East Salary: £25,000 Basic with a commission structure (OTE £35,000 - £40,000) A fantastic position for a Home based Probate consultant to service the South East has arisen within one of the top legal Service provides within the UK. The position will be to provide effective sales support to the Probate and Estate Administration team and will assume direct responsibility for converting leads into business for that team. Key to the role requires the ability to build and maintain relationships within the team and the organisation. Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities where the service is an appropriate solution to client needs Contribute to the design and delivery of services in response to client needs Ensure that appropriate legal advice is given to clients introduced to the service Liaise with the Probate and Estate Administration team to ensure that they can deliver the services required and agree appropriate fees with the client Skills: We will consider those applicants with probate and estate administration experience, especially in services, professional sales and/or banking and finance An understanding of probate and estate administration principals as well as trusts and of wealth planning opportunities Be self-motivated and self-sufficient in order to work independently Applicants with probate and estate administration experience, whilst a big asset, is not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate And an understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, money laundering regulations, suspicious and fraudulent transactions and the reporting of such
