Our client is a well respected multi office law practice based in Hertfordshire. They are looking to recruit a suitable qualified Private client solicitor to oversee the running of their busy department, this is a key appointmenttowards the firms future business objectives to maximise there professional standing within this field of law.

Candidate  specification:

• Have a senior appointment currently with a reputable law firm
• Member of the appropriate  professional organisations -  STEP
• Sound employment record with leading regional or national law firms.
• Strong interest and skill in trust and tax law would be desirable
• Track record on marketing, business development and winning new business.
• Experience of domicile issues for non-UK domiciled individuals

Key responsibilities:

• Play a leading role in departmental and firm wide business development and marketing initiatives
• Providing specialist advice on inheritance tax planning, trusts and other family matters
• Advising on and drafting wills, care for the elderly and enduring powers of attorney and trusts.
• Writing articles, newsletters and organising seminars
