PRIVATE CLIENT PROBATE LAWYER - SOMERSET
Traditional long-established yet progressive firm of solicitors with 4 offices covering Somerset and Devon are looking for an experienced Private Client Practitioner to join their team.
The successful candidate will be handling a caselaod of general private client work including
- The creation and administration of Estates & Trusts
- Wills
- Tax Planning
- Powers of Attorney including registration and the consequences of mental incapacity
Any level of practioner will be considered - Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal, but the successful candidate will have solid proven experience in this area of law and be able to handle own caseload with minimal supervision.
