SOLICITOR, PRIVATE CLIENT PROBATE - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
Legal 500 firm seek a Private Client Probate Solicitor due to expansion of their East Midlands office. The caseload includes wills, probate and the administration of estates; tax planning; the creation and administration of trusts; and the management of wealth on behalf of incapacitated clients through the Court of Protection and powers of attorney. The team of 20 now require an additional Associate Solicitor/Salaried Partner to look after the existing caseload as well as developing new business. Membership of STEP/Probate Section/SFE is an advantage. This role also offers the successful candidate the opportunity to progress their career.
