The Private Client practice of this leading regional commercial law firm deals with a wide range of legal services for individuals and families, including wills, probate and the administration of estates; tax planning; the creation and administration of trusts; and the management of wealth on behalf of incapacitated clients through the Court of Protection and Powers of Attorney. This large team now require an additional associate or even a partner to look after the existing case load as well as developing new business. Membership of STEP/Probate Section/SFE is an advantage.
You will have a background with working on similar matters for a commercial law firm. You will have the enthusiasm and dynamism to help drive this practice forward.
