YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Currently a Senior Private Client Solicitor
- Minimum 3 years PQE
- Experience of running own files from beginning to end
- Supervisory skills to run own department
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Knowledge of marketing activity
- Strong negotiating skills
- Highly motivated to develop team
- Excellent communication skills
ROLE INFORMATION:
- Capital Taxation Planning
- Drafting of Wills and Trusts and ancillary documentation
- Advise on all aspects of Private Client Law
- Deliver training to team
