Private Client Solicitor for Harrogate based law firm. Salary to £35k
Our client has its origins in a merger of a number of smaller practices. The firm has developed a distinct profile in its commercial work and litigation and employment services, in addition to retaining firm foundations in the traditional areas of private client work - conveyancing, wills, probate and family law. The firm has a spread of clients well beyond its immediate geographical location, including national businesses.
An ambitious private client solicitor is required to join this Legal 500 department at one of the premier law firms in North Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity for a can-do solicitor who wants to improve both themselves and the department and to be actively involved in marketing for new business at an early stage.
The department believes in working hard to acheive the maximum possible but also to retain a work/life balance! The ideal candidate will be familiar with wills and probates particularly with discretionary trusts, will have a good team ethic and will have either completed the STEP, be taking the STEP course or have a desire to do so.
