An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced probate clerk to work within a Legal 500 rated private client team, to support 2 fee earners including the Head of Department
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following -
- Preparation, drafting and will writing
- IHT and discretionary trusts
- Probate trust and administration
Salary will be dependent upon relevant experience and legal qualifications.
