You will act as second in command within the team and be actively involved in business development. For the right individual there is excellent scope for progression.
The practice has an enviable bank of high net worth clients drawn from neighbouring departments and benefits from a strong and growing reputation in the market.
You will be dealing with the full range of Private Client services including:
Wills, Probate and Estate Administration;
Trust creation and management;
Inheritance Tax Issues, including Deeds of Variation (or Deeds of Family Arrangement);
Lifetime tax planning;
Powers of Attorney, including Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney;
Living Wills (or Advance Directives);
Receivership and other Public Guardianship matters;
Civil Partnership Issues;
Managing financial affairs;
Care Home issues.
