You will be dealing with the full range of Private Client services including:
Wills, Probate and Estate Administration;
Trust creation and management;
Inheritance Tax Issues, including Deeds of Variation (or Deeds of Family Arrangement);
Lifetime tax planning;
Powers of Attorney, including Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney;
Living Wills (or Advance Directives);
Receivership and other Public Guardianship matters;
Civil Partnership Issues;
Managing financial affairs;
Care Home issues.
