Pensions Partner - Corporate Department - Manchester
Due to on-going demand for their services from high profile clients, this legal team urgently need to recruit a Pensions Partner boasting professionalism and strong business acumen.
This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level with a very well established and highly respected firm. We will have you working in the Manchester office, as a member of one the UK’s largest and strongest Pensions teams, advising on a broad range of principally non-contentious pensions work.
This role will involve acting for major corporates or trustees of pension schemes providing advice on all areas of pension’s law, including: Drafting scheme documentation (e.g. establishing CARE schemes and deeds of amendment), legislative changes including tax simplification issues and the pensions bill, pension scheme mergers and scheme wind ups.
