Top 50 Law Firm with string regional presence has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to act as a Number 2 to the existing Head of Department.
The work is all high net worth and benefits from an extremely strong and growing reputation in the market. The newly appointed Associate will be dealing with the full range of private client work including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration; Trust creation and management; Inheritance Tax issues including Deeds of Variation (or Deeds of Family Arrangement); Lifetime Tax Planning; Powers of Attorney, including Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney; Living Wills (or Advance Directives); receivership and other Public Guardianship matters; Civil Partnership issues; Care Home issues.
In addition, you will be required to act as manager and adviser to the junior solicitors in the team as and when required and also to play an active part in business development.
