EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR
LOCATION: Newcastle
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £50,000 - £70,000
COMPANY INFORMATION:
- Leading Northern law firm
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Minimum of two years PQE as an Employment Solicitor in a commercially-oriented firm of solicitors
- Experience of contentious and non-contentious work
- Strong advocacy skills
- Past experience of handling employment tribunals
- Strong experience of marketing work
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Have worked predominantly in respondent-based work
- Supervisory and delegation skills
- Coaching / developing junior member of staff
ROLE INFORMATION:
- Purpose of role is to advise clients on employment law issues, managing a portfolio of cases and providing direct assistance to the Partner.
