Private Client Solicitor / West End / London / Offshore Experience
Our client is a leading West End legal practice with an outstanding private client department. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor within their highly reputed Private Client & Tax department in London.
They have a client base of both domestic and international wealthy families, landed estates, entrepreneurs and are frequently instructed to assist with related family business issues. The quality and mix of both onshore and offshore work undertaken by fee-earners in the team reflects this enviable client-base.
The work will include the provision of high level tax advice, assisting with succession and tax planning and resolving related domestic and jurisdictional challenges for high net worth individuals, trustees and other entities. There will be the additional opportunity to undertake an element of commercial tax work as part of the role for candidates interested in doing so.
The successful candidate will need a minimum of 5 years qualified with mainstream private client experience, including tax planning for high net worth individuals and trustees and exposure to both domestic and international issues. Ideally you will be a full STEP member or CTA qualified.
