Private Client Solicitor / Wills Probate Tax and Trusts / London

Our client has nearly 400 staff based in offices across the South West and London, it has an established reputation in the South of England.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a private client solicitor to join their team in central London. The team in London currently consists of two partners an assistant solicitor and two consultants.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience carrying their own caseload and will be a good marketeer looking to develop their career with experienced practitioners.

Fundamental to the London offices growth is the strategic commitment and focus on Private Client work which includes succession and capital tax planning for individuals and families, business owners, landowners and farmers.

The area of practice, whilst including a general range of private client work, will include in particular dealing with agricultural and business assets.

The successful candidate will be carrying out specific tasks such as Will and Trust drafting, business development: managing existing clients and working with the team to secure new clients
