Frances Armstrong Associates is currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 5+ yrs PQE on behalf of our well known multi-branched client based across the south east.
Based in London, the successful applicant with have 5+ yrs PQE in dealing with non-contentious UK private client matters and offshore transactions as well as have the ability to advise on personal capital taxes incl. IHT, CGT and income tax and all areas of private client work including, trusts, tax planning, wills and EPA’s etc.
The applicant will also have gained experience in developing and managing an existing department and would therefore be expected to contribute to the business development activities of the team and firm as a whole.
Role:
* Be Responsible for the day to day management of the Private Client department
* Marketing the services of the department and firm
* Handle a full and varied case load of Private Client matters
Salary: M / Rate
Start date: ASAP.
