Frances Armstrong Associates is currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum 3+ yrs (UK) PQE on behalf of our well known Hertfordshire / Essex based law firm.
Based in Hertfordshire, the successful applicant with have a minimum of 3+ yrs PQE in dealing with UK Private client matters and have the ability to advise on all areas of private client work including; Wills, Trusts, Probate, Tax planning and EPA's etc.
The successful applicant will have gained some experience in assisting in developing a department and would therefore be expected to contribute to the business development activities of the department and firm as a whole.
Role:
* Take over and develop an existing caseload
* Handle a full and varied case load of Private Client matters
* Marketing the services of the department and firm
Key Attributes - You will have:
*Minimum of 3 years PQE in UK Private Client matters incl; Wills, Trusts & Probate
* Excellent organisational skills; the ability to work well under pressure and handle a number of work priorities with limited supervision at times
* Excellent client care skills
* Good communication and feedback skills
* A confident and pleasant telephone manner.
* Solid IT skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience of working a case management system would also be desirable
Salary: £30,000+ (Salary will be awarded to reflect skills and previous experience)
Start date: ASAP.
